Nexture Nano Fiber Website Is Now Live!
We are pleased to announce that the official Nexture Nano Fiber website is now live!
The launch of our website marks an important step in presenting who we are, what we develop, and how we work with customers across advanced nanofiber applications. More than a digital company profile, the website reflects the technical foundation behind Nexture: an integrated nanofiber development and manufacturing platform built to turn material-performance challenges into scalable industrial products.
Nexture Nano Fiber is a nanofiber development and manufacturing company based in İzmir, Türkiye. Founded in 2025 by a team with more than 25 years of combined experience in filtration and nanofiber technologies, Nexture was established to support customers who need more than standard material supply. Our focus is on engineering, validating, and producing nanofiber-based materials around real application requirements.
Nanofiber technology can create strong functional performance at very low material weight. A thin nanofiber layer can influence how a filter captures particles, how a membrane balances protection and breathability, how a surface interacts with liquids, or how a cosmetic matrix carries selected ingredients. However, this potential only becomes commercially valuable when the full system is controlled: polymer behavior, fiber formation, deposition, substrate integration, adhesion, finishing, converting, testing, and scale-up.
That is where Nexture is positioned.
Our platform brings together material development, nanofiber manufacturing, finishing, converting, packaging, characterization, and core testing within one integrated site. This structure allows us to shorten development loops, protect technical know-how, reduce external dependencies, and maintain control from first formulation through recurring commercial production.
Nexture works across three main product platforms: advanced air-filtration media, nanofiber cosmetic-mask technologies, and performance membranes or technical media. In air filtration, we develop nanofiber-enhanced media for industrial and commercial applications such as dust collectors, gas-turbine intake systems, HVAC, HEPA, ULPA, air-purification, and vacuum filtration. In cosmetics, we support nanofiber matrix development for skincare and cosmetic partners, including formulation, material characterization, precision cutting, and packaging. In membranes and technical media, we focus on lightweight structures where porosity, breathability, barrier behavior, lamination compatibility, and responsible material architecture must be engineered together.
A key part of our capability is the ability to work through two nanofiber manufacturing routes: free-surface solution electrospinning and solvent-free melt electroblown spinning. These routes allow different polymer systems, product requirements, and application challenges to be addressed through the most suitable technical pathway. Combined with in-house laboratories, SEM verification, filtration testing, porometry, chemistry, and technical-textile characterization, this enables development decisions to be based on data rather than visual inspection alone.
Our website also introduces the way we approach cooperation. Customers do not come to Nexture only for a roll of media. They come to solve a material-performance problem. That problem may involve efficiency versus pressure drop, protection versus breathability, active ingredient behavior versus process stability, surface functionality versus adhesion, or laboratory success versus industrial yield. Our role is to bring these variables into one structured development system and remain accountable from the first technical discussion through production qualification and commercial supply.
Sustainability is also an important part of the Nexture platform. For us, sustainability is not a separate message added at the end of development. It is part of how materials, processes, product life, and performance are defined. Nanofiber technology allows strong function to be created through structure and precision rather than unnecessary bulk. We aim to use material intelligently, reduce avoidable waste and rework, expand solvent-free processing where technically suitable, and evaluate every sustainability claim through real material architecture, process conditions, and application performance.
The new website brings these ideas together in one place. Visitors can explore our company, brand philosophy, nanofiber technology approach, development capabilities, sustainability direction, industry applications, and cooperation model. It is designed to help customers, partners, and technical teams understand how Nexture works and where our nanofiber platform can create value.
We invite you to explore the new website and connect with our team to discuss your application, product concept, performance target, or development challenge.
