An Industrial Nanofiber Company Built to Engineer, Validate, and Scale

Nexture Nano Fiber is a nanofiber development and manufacturing company based in İzmir, Türkiye. Founded in 2025 by a team bringing more than 25 years of combined filtration and nanofiber experience, we transform advanced material concepts into repeatable industrial products. Our development path begins with chemistry and formulation, moves into industrial nanofiber manufacturing through electrospinning or electroblown spinning, continues through substrate integration, finishing, and converting, and concludes with in-house characterization and application-specific validation. Customers can therefore move from a performance target to a production-ready material through one accountable partner.

A nanofiber company with industrial discipline

Nanofibers can deliver exceptional functionality at extremely low material weights, but the technology only creates commercial value when morphology, deposition, bonding, converting, and final-product performance remain controlled at scale. Nexture was built around that challenge. We combine materials science with process engineering, dedicated production infrastructure, and in-house verification to make nanofiber products that are not only technically advanced, but manufacturable, testable, and ready for real operating conditions.

Our work spans three core product platforms: advanced air-filtration media, nanofiber cosmetic-mask technologies, and lightweight performance membranes. Across each platform, the engineering logic is the same: define the application requirement, design the nanofiber structure around it, integrate that structure with the right substrate and finishing system, verify the result, and transfer the validated process into stable production.

Materials and Formulation Engineering

Polymer selection is developed together with the chosen nanofiber manufacturing route. We study how the formulation behaves during fiber formation, how stable the process remains, and how that behavior shapes the final fiber architecture. The objective is not simply to form fibers, but to create the structure the application requires.

Process and Morphology Control

Each nanofiber route is mapped as an industrial operating window rather than a single machine setting. Feed behavior, electrical conditions, airflow where relevant, environmental control, deposition, line speed, collection, and web handling are balanced to produce repeatable fiber diameter, coverage, porosity, and layer weight.

Integrated Manufacturing

Once the nanofiber layer is formed, it moves through the operations required to become a usable product—from lamination and slitting to heat setting, functional finishing, corrugation, calendering, precision cutting, and packaging—without leaving the technical chain.

Verification Before Delivery

SEM imaging, porometry, filtration testing, chemistry, and technical-textile analysis are used to confirm that the nanofiber structure and the finished product meet defined acceptance criteria. Development decisions are based on data, not visual inspection alone.

What we develop and manufacture

Advanced air-filtration media

Nexture develops nanofiber-enhanced media across industrial and commercial air filtration, from pulse-cleaned dust collectors and gas-turbine intakes to HVAC, HEPA and ULPA, air-purification, and vacuum systems.

Each program begins with the operating problem: required efficiency, acceptable pressure drop, cleaning behavior, durability, converting method, and environmental conditions. We then combine the appropriate substrate, nanofiber layer, multilayer construction, and finishing route to build media around that requirement. Hydro-oleophobic, antistatic, dust-release, stiffness-enhancing, or flame-retardant functionality is introduced where the application demands it.

Nanofiber cosmetic-mask technologies

For skincare and cosmetic partners, development begins with the formulation and the way selected ingredients behave during fiber formation. Once a stable nanofiber matrix has been established, the program can move through material characterization, nanofiber manufacturing, calendering, precision cutting, and automated packaging within one coordinated chain.

Private-label and co-development programs can therefore address performance, stability, packaging, safety, and regulatory requirements from the beginning rather than after the product has already been formed.

Performance membranes and technical media

Our membrane programs focus on controlled porosity, low basis weight, breathability, barrier performance, lamination compatibility, and responsible material architecture. Polypropylene-based and other polymer systems can be developed for performance apparel, protective structures, and technical applications where conventional films or heavy laminates create unacceptable trade-offs in weight, comfort, or functionality.

Our customer development model

Application Definition

We begin with the end-use environment: target performance, operating conditions, substrate constraints, converting method, standards, cost boundaries, and commercial volume. This prevents technically interesting but commercially unusable development.

Material Architecture

The polymer system, fiber range, layer weight, substrate, support layers, bonding method, and finishing route are selected as one integrated architecture rather than as separate components.

Laboratory Development

Formulations and process windows are developed through controlled trials. SEM, solution characterization, porometry, filtration or textile testing, and interface evaluation guide each iteration.

Pilot and Production Validation

Promising structures are transferred to production-scale equipment, where width uniformity, line stability, yield, handling, lamination, converting, and repeatability are evaluated under realistic conditions.

Qualification and Industrialization

The final material is tested against agreed specifications and converted into a documented production route with defined parameters, quality checkpoints, sampling logic, and release criteria.

Continuous Support

We support ongoing optimization, specification updates, product qualification, and future application development.

Built to be the long-term nanofiber partner

Customers do not come to Nexture only for a roll of media. They come to solve a material-performance problem that usually involves multiple variables: efficiency versus pressure drop, protection versus breathability, active loading versus process stability, surface functionality versus adhesion, or laboratory performance versus industrial yield. Our role is to bring those variables into one development system and remain accountable from the first technical discussion through recurring commercial production.

Our location near the Port of İzmir supports access to European, Asian, Middle Eastern, and African markets, while our integrated site helps shorten development loops and reduce dependence on external processors. The combination of experienced people, dedicated production infrastructure, and in-house technical verification is what allows Nexture to operate as a true nanofiber solutions partner, not simply as a material supplier.
